Returns Policy
P&S Supply sells overstock and buyout automotive, truck, and agricultural parts. Because many items are limited-quantity or closeout inventory, returns are limited and must be approved before an item is sent back.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for any order issue, including damaged items, incorrect items, or defective items. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging when a return is approved. Installed, used, damaged-by-customer, electrical, fuel-related, special-order, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for confirming part numbers, measurements, and vehicle/equipment compatibility before ordering. Parts ordered incorrectly due to fitment or compatibility mistakes may not be eligible for refund, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Shipping
P&S Supply offers free standard ground shipping on eligible orders. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has shipped, depending on the carrier and delivery location.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
Fitment
Automotive, truck, and agricultural parts may vary by year, make, model, engine, equipment type, and application. Customers are responsible for confirming part numbers, measurements, and compatibility before purchase.
P&S Supply is happy to help review part information before an order is placed, but final fitment confirmation is the customer’s responsibility. If you are unsure whether a part will fit your vehicle or equipment, please contact us before ordering.
